Cancellation Policy
LASH APPOINTMENT POLICIES
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies. Please read carefully before booking.
Booking & Deposits
• A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book. Your appointment is not secured until the deposit is paid.
• If you reschedule within a week, a new deposit is required.
Cancellations & No-Shows
• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
• Same-day cancellations result in a forfeited deposit and may require an additional fee to rebook.
• No-call, no-shows must pay 50% of the missed service before rebooking.
Late Arrivals
• A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit forfeited. A $15 late fee will apply if I can still take you.
Refunds & Touch-Ups
• No refunds—all sales are final.
• If you experience issues with your lashes, contact me within 48 hours for a complimentary touch-up.
Foreign Fills & Removals
• I accept foreign fills, but they are priced as a full appointment.
• If removal is necessary, a $35 removal fee applies.
• I reserve the right to deny service if your lashes are unworkable.
Infills & Retention
• A minimum of 40% of lash extensions must remain to qualify for an infill. Otherwise, a full set will be required.
Preparing for Your Appointment
• Arrive with a clean face (no makeup, lash glue, or mascara).
• Avoid caffeine to prevent eye twitching.
• Use the restroom beforehand—you will be laying down for a few hours.
Guest Policy
• One guest over the age of 10 is allowed but must remain quiet and entertained.
• Contact me before your appointment if you need accommodations.
Health & Safety
• If you’re sick (cold, flu, eye infections, etc.), reschedule your appointment.
• I am not responsible for allergic reactions—please book a patch test 48 hours in advance if concerned.
Photography & Marketing
• I may take photos/videos of your lashes for marketing. Let me know if you prefer not to be photographed.
